About the Role

The Integrations Lead at Dendi is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of complex clinical lab integrations, ensuring seamless communication with EHRs and other third-party software vendors. This role requires an individual who can identify and resolve issues during the implementation process, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and coordinate with internal teams such as product development and sales to meet stakeholder needs. The Integrations Lead acts as the project liaison, maintaining accurate project documents, facilitating communication, and contributing to process improvements. Key requirements include healthcare integrations project management experience, strong technical skills with healthcare interface methods, and excellent written communication. Additional expertise in EHRs, diagnostics, and SaaS products is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage highly complex clinical lab implementations to completion by working with EHRs and other third-party software vendors
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Dendi’s customers and partners. Work closely with other areas including product development and sales to ensure customer and partner needs are met
  • Act as a project liaison with customers, partners, and internal departments within Dendi. Maintain accurate project documents (schedule, requirements, agenda, etc.) and distribute them in a timely manner to all participants
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to advance the quality of our implementations
  • Create clear, concise written documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and planning support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4+ years of healthcare project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written
  • Strong technical background, with working knowledge of multiple healthcare integration methods (such as HL7)
  • Experience working with a Software-as-a-Service product
  • Experience managing multiple projects, monitoring and reporting progress, and exceeding client expectations
  • Bonus: experience working with EHRs (such as Epic, Veradigm, and AthenaHealth)
  • Bonus: experience working in the diagnostics field, especially with clinical labs or point-of-care settings
