We started Dendi in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2018 with a simple goal: replace legacy lab software with a modern platform that removes operational obstacles and supports innovation.
From day one, we worked side-by-side with lab personnel, spending countless hours inside labs to understand their challenges. What we found was consistent across organizations: the biggest bottlenecks in lab operations weren’t caused by people or processes—they were caused by outdated LIS and disconnected systems. So we built a better solution.
Because more than 70% of clinical decisions are influenced by lab results, laboratories are essential to high-quality healthcare.
